As we put the eventful and unpredictable year of 2020 behind us, I would like to say we look forward to a new year in 2021, and we do, but this world certainly still has some challenges ahead. We hope that it will be more settled, but the old normal is well and truly gone and nobody is yet sure what the “new normal” will actually be, and its wise to think about how that will affect us and our businesses
It is during times like this that having stability and strong and dependable relationships is very important. At Kapit Mas our core focus since our beginning, almost 30 years ago remains – how can we do the best we possibly can for our customers, and for our customers customer. This principle is clear, but we are seeing some shift on focus and requirements coming from our customers, especially with particular emphasis on support for e-commerce sales.
